However, I got to chasing the "no lights" problem and found the chassis relay to not be working. I switched it with the A/C compressor relay and the check engine light is out and no codes to be displayed.I have in Polaris Ranger 500 2013 that has no spark. I have checked the following with no success. Changed sparkplug and ignition coil changed CDI. Checked. trigger coil and stator check good. Checked fuses all good. Charged battery to 13.2 VDC. Brake switch seems to work and engine cranks.Here is the information and what I have tried: - NO SPARK -. - Gauges and all other electrical items (lights, etc.) work. - The crank position sensor has been checked at swapped. Both test at 1017 ohms. (proper number is 1000 ohms +/- 10%) - The coil measures at 2.2 ohms on each part of the primary side (1-2 and 2-3). Book says 0.4 ohms.temp on gauge is just a setting. Hit the little button on the gauge and it will change between odometer, trip tick, hour meter, rpm, temp, voltage, etc. I usually have mine on rpm, but I use the temp to monitor after a coolant drain and refill to make sure all the air is out and the fan cycles properly.
