Wrong assumption. Check the original time gap between model 3 and model Y launches. 2 years away at least. Plus highland has been leaking for a year now. Zero actual leaks for model Y refresh so far. They will want to move model 3 as much as possible next year once production ramps up. Seems like it is not ready yet for US.
