ENB will break vampire sight/other night eye effects unless you either have post-processing turned off in the ENB settings, or have the ENB nighteye fix turned on. Turning off post-processing effects will give you the "truest" night-eye in that the nighteye will look just like it does without an ... But yeah, you shouldn't have issues with it since you can make it how you like. I used to use Sacrilege and after trying out better vampires again, I'll recommend better vampires. The combat biting is much better in better vampires and the animation doesn't get stuck as often. Sacrilege is the perfect vampire overhaul IMO. That said, Sacrosanct is the more complete overhaul imo. *Better Vampires focuses on human form vampires, but Sacrosanct has a focus on the total vampire experience-human form and vampire lord form. *Both mods use scripts obviously, but Sacrosanct plays better with other mods than BV. *Sacrosanct is much more organic and lore friendly than BV.

The script is nonexistent. If you look in SSEEdit under the "Quests" tab, there should be one there that references MCM (this is how MCM tabs are created for all mods that utilize it). This script does not appear to have been actually added to Sacrilege. Really unfortunate, too, because that feeding animation is god awful. Sacrilege is a streamlined version of Sacrosanct. Scion is closest to vanilla. AFAIK Sacrilege focuses more on improving upon your experiences as a Vamp Lord and kinda improves the normal Vampire experience.
