So last month on December 7th I found out I was pregnant, but it ended in a chemical pregnancy. The bleeding started December 12th. It lasted exactly 7 days, & im not sure if I'm supposed to, but I counted the first day of bleeding as CD1. Now this month I got my period on January 12th & im on day 3 but it's a little lighter than usual.

Looking at the tests you've got a normal situation. Like others have said, it's the hook effect. The test is looking for those little things of hcg but you have SO much it overwhelms the test so your line is lighter. When you diluted it the test was able to "see" the hcg better. It's 100% normal and doesn't mean a problem.
