We visited Minute Maid Park on Father's Day Weekend and had a wonderful time. Minute Maid Park has a retractable roof which was thankfully closed the night we visited - it was very hot outside, and the air conditioning was a blessing. Beer is expensive but comes in ~24 oz cans so that makes it a little more palatable.
