Pretty much every time I fast travel, die or load into pvp, my controller will disconnect and then has a 50/50 chance to work or not work, forcing me to restart the game and then it just happens 10 minutes later. Xbox one controller and ps5 controller both do it and they work fine in other games. If anybody has a fix would be much appreciated as the game is pretty much unplayable atm.
