Been having some problems with volatile rounds after todays downtime. As you can see in the video I always get the buff when picking up the void wells but sometimes it doesn't work. At first I thought it was only on the wells that dropped from armaments but after testing that theory it also happened with wells from ordnance.

I've tested this over 2 hours in different activated perk combinations. It doesn't matter what is generated or which weapon is in your hand when you picked the Orb of Power up. IF you only have Volatile Flow activated and the weapon type champion mods there's no problem. It's like there is a limit to how many perks can work at the same time.
