I highly recommend either getting actiontiles if you're on smartthings, or if you're not on smartthings, either jump to homeassistant and do it, or go make the switch to smartthings (or if you're gifted enough, just do a dashboard all on your own with IFTTT and other API stuff with whatever hub you're running).

You just add a Virtual Device, Weather, then paste an API key and check your location. It is fairly basic but it works good. It looks like this is a problem again.
