Both places are a lot cheaper than any you'll find in Hawaii or the mainland U.S., and certainly cheaper than pricey retail outlets like Maui Divers. And rain in Hawaii is not like other places, it can be pouring for 5 minutes on one side of a street and bone dry on the other. Hawaii is also notorious for car break-ins.Same web page I looked at.
