It just made more sense to me to take Step 2 first so I had a score going in to application planning season, and then burn myself out on biochem after for the Step 1 pass. After a 7 week extremely intense dedicated study period, I took step 2 on April 22, and just got my score report back today. I ended up with a 262, which I am very happy about.
