Update to the newest version of RPCS3, and put the game files into the “games” folder. It’s located in the main RPCS3 folder, not in the HDD, it’ll just say games. In the folder is a note for auto detection. Dump the game files (your BLUS**** folder) into that, then open RPCS3. The main NCAA 14 should then be there.
