Promotion / Comp Review 2022. When I interviewed for my role it was originally posted for a Senior Associate. The team liked me but didn’t think I had enough experience to come on as Senior. They offered me a job to come on as a 3rd Year Experienced Associate. I started Nov 1 and am just curious what I might expect come the reviews in springtime.
