I found them trivigo, and was directed to their websites from trivigo and based on the amazing rates they were offering I booked with them. After that I read all the reviews and freaked out. I even thought all the positive reviews were fake.

I booked an hotel in London through Algotels BUT as I later found out, they're entwined with Splitty/Traveluro and others. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Not proper booking site, they are 'aggregate' sites offering 'too good to be true' prices'. They advertising hotel as 4* when it was 2*, and good luck trying to contact them or hotel they're in with.

I call Traveluro customer service. They say they will call the hotel and figure it out, and to give them an hour. Two hours later we arrive to town and I haven’t heard back. I call the hotel again, nothing has changed. They don’t have any rooms and they don’t have my reservation. I call Traveluro again and they give me a confirmation number.
