Apparently, UCare gives them $25/mo plus discounts on OTC items, and I'm supposed to be able to scan their bar code and it will pay for their items. The barcode doesn't scan (no strip/chip, just a barcode), the patients name is no where on this card, and it just has credit card looking digits on the back.
