Jul 4, 2020 · I should rephrase to be clearer. At the main outlet NO channels work on it. On the secondary outlet (same stretch of line the main one is on) it can tune to a few. But, the secondary box can get alot but not all the channels. This issue started when the box was unplugged and we cleaned around it and on top of it.
Then they sent me a xr11 as they thought the xr15 was not working. Same problem with the xr11, all remote functions works except for voice control. When I press the xfinity button it shows red , however, ALL of the xfinity functions work including On Demand, etc. so the red light has nothing to do with the functionality of the xfinity button.
