Change the screenshot folder. Put it somewhere else completely different. Make a folder in the root of the drive, say c:/screen/ ... look at it, confirm that it's not read only. Now, put that adress into ff14, tell it that's the screen shot folder. The folder INSTANTLY becomes read only, and locked that way.

Googled it only found answer for PS3, Press Scroll Lock and it removes the UI. And the Home key gives you a full screen, with no figure of your character. Have fun. Press Scroll Lock and it removes the UI. You can also open your keybind settings (system section of keybinds, i think) via the main menu (esc) and rebind it to another key if needed.
