This is a review of Costco Tires, Fairfax. Purchased a new set of Michelin's. After 15k miles, one of the tires developed a loud noise when exceeding 40 MPH, and incredibly loud at 70 MPH. I brought them into Costo and they said the tires needed to be rotated. They did, which simply resulted in the loud tire being placed on another wheel.
