You're going to have to go the Proving Grounds route (special event immediately after conquest is over). In order to do that, you'll need 4m GP and a relic 3+ team that can beat GL Rey and Ben himself for the mission.

Rey is r6 no ultimate. Only can't do interceptor or malgus. Ideally we'd have your swgoh.gg so we can see what you have with gl rey.
