Staccato Ps don't need to cost $2.5k, but it's foolish to expect a pistol thats $1k cheaper to be "just as good". No free lunch and Staccato is still the baseline for a double stack that honest to goodness works from the start.

The other 6 or so mixed 17, 20rd Prodigy mags seem to be ok in my P, but I haven't shot the P all that much.
