Call Center Representative (Former Employee) - Millwood, NY - April 22, 2023. Mavis Tire is a horrible place to work. I was an employee of the call center and the management there is terrible.

Employees are Over worked and not compensated for anything. Commission doesn't make up for anything being paid 1% of sales, also never being able to meet the weekly quota for the 10% bonus (never gets busy enough to meet the quota). Making Overtime is a problem. pay is NOT NEGOTIABLE even with experience.
