For me it didn't load correctly at first. Had some missing assets like all the buildings and the cookie etc. I fixed this by first backing up my save just in case (do it anyway), and then switching from http to https with the little lock in the bottom left, and then back again. Save was there still, but back it up just in case.

What you can do to avoid the issue some is make a copy of the save and just label it backup or something every week or so. Can find the saves in the resources\app\save folder.
