I don't have GPT-4 cos I can't afford it, but I have used GPT 3.5 extensively. However I don't really believe GPT-4 is markedly different from Bing Chat (apart from accessibility to dozens of plugins) cos I can do voice to text, video to text (transcribe videos), pic to text, hold conversations, use DALLE 3 etc all with Bing Chat.
