NVDA seems way overvalued with the recent AI hype, pricing a P/S of ~25 and P/E of ~150. This is absolutely madness and the upcoming recession riding on the back of inflation fears has made it difficult to justify this price. I think the current valuation of NVDA is too high, and will retrace within the next 1-2 years. I know the market can stay irrational longer than I can stay solvent, so what is the best play in trying to capitalise on my thesis? Are far dated NVDA puts a valid strategy, if so at what strike and expiry is most effective given this scenario?
