Blackout and Inner Glow are the big-ticket skills here IMO. Blackout is the key skill that lets you Phasewalk often, while Inner Glow is simply reliable healing and survivability, always a plus. Once I maxed those two skills out I never went into FFYL unless I overextended or did something else stupid. 7.
if anything; id actually say brick-the big dumb guy- has the most potential with alien tech, ironic enough. revenge is "all weapon damage"+50%; and endowed benefits any explosive weapon. mord too; now tht i think of it. things like relentless, killer, etc would work great. so yeah.... unless the term "bullet" applys to any projectile, id say lil actually has the least potential with alien tech.try this build with a firefly mod. there is alot of speculation as to weather spark will have any noticeable effect while using a hellfire, because the hellfire appears to be elemental every shot. If spark would increase the use of hellfire, then it should be used in place of radiance, because radiance sucks.Still, Lilith abuses the elemental skill tree better than any other playable character in the Borderlands franchise. She can spray bullets from each element and cloak behind a Phasewalk. This allows the elemental damage to be put to work while she hunts for cover. It’s a very rewarding gameplay loop. Corrode, Electrocute, Burn, Rinse, Repeat.Duelling is a favourite of Brick, because it's close-quarters, where Berserking shines, and because players do not have as much health as NPCs. Sting like a Bee gets you in there and moving erratically, causing your opponent to panic. The way the screen shakes from your punches is also unnerving to opponents.

Lilith's a very flexible character, with many different playstyles available. I found that the BL1 classmods offered a lot more guidance for builds than the classmods of BL2. Take your classmod and structure your build around its effects and buffs. One of my last Liliths was a Tempest who limited herself to Eridian weapons.

Opinions vary, and builds in BL1 aren’t as sophisticated as in BL2/TPS/BL3, but I’ve always been fond of the Tediore Panacea shields with Quick Health Regen (or, less ideally, any of the other Tediore shields with shower health regen), since Lilith doesn’t have a class mod with health regen like most of the others have.
