It now turns over, but does not want to fire. The oil is fresh and recommended John Deere oil. I've checked the fuel sediment bowl.I also have a 2009 3038E with about 220 hrs. It starts well down to about 5 F without the block heater. I have the machine in a portable garage (12x30). I use 0x40 JD synthetic oil.
