After that, you'll reach Tier 2 dirt - you'll know you've reached it, if you're still using T1 tools they'll just "clang" on the dirt and you won't be able to dig it. should be able to place it regular, but just wont work. I've had luck with removing conveyors before placing a T2 drill. The drill wouldn't place with the output facing the conveyor. After removing the conveyor, I could place the drill and then place the conveyor. I am getting 2 dirt clumps every 5 seconds, with 328.5% water pressure into my drills, and 330% into my harvester. The drills are sitting at the bottom of ember getting the best dirt they can ...Once you get past about 2 Miners and a Harvester, the cost to build and stock auto-repair circuitry becomes less expensive than manually repairing or auto-repairing each individual component. After getting those going work towards adding more automation i.e conveyor belts, sorters, and smelters. But as soon as you melt at least one new one will spawn somwhere. No timers no anything, its all up to your delivery speed and spawn luck.
