Last night was a perfect example of the quality I've come to expect from Noble's (now called Rooster's, A Noble's Grill). I took my 17-year old daughter who had the tomato bisque and oxtail ravioli. The bisque was smooth, creamy, yet had the fresh bouquet of ripe tomatoes --she declared it the best she's had, and she has a rather good palate.
