In Elden ring you can have over 100 poise and still get steamrolled by fucking rats and dogs. To put this in perspective the difference between 10 poise and 60 poise is exactly 1 extra arrow to the head, shot by a low level guardsman outside stormveil. That's not a fair comparison, headshots do massive poise damage.
