Sierra chart for $26 a month is an excellent platform, free SIM data, realistic limit order fills. Its a desktop platform. I can't imagine why a serious trader would be opposed to a desktop platform. I believe TT has a web version but its $1400 a month. Tradestation may have web based futures trading as well, IDK.Tradovate has pretty good commission structure, you can do "Active trader" or "Commission free" membership either monthly or yearly. I do the active trader, which is about $80/month and I get $0.19/contract fees. Tradovate charts are awful compared to ToS, so I end up using ToS charts and use Tradovate to place my orders and executions.
