I know a bunch of people I graduated with also got 145 and passed. Part of me thinks because they changed the max amount from 265 to 145 that many more people get the max now.

Last time I took the nclex, I stopped at 103 but unfortunately, I failed. It was so heartbreaking because I studied for 6 months that time. Today, I got all 150 questions and I only got 21 SATA and 21 NGN questions. I'm not sure if those questions are in passing level or not.
