How to move enchantments from items to books.
I've tried using custom villager trades, that part works great for turning two Efficiency V books in VI, two VI into VII and so on. But i cant seem to find a way to apply them to tools / weapons. Ive tried custom trades using enchanted diamond picks with certain enchant such as. But the trade doesnt seem to work, no matter what i try.

Vanilla enchanting has been intentionally disabled on TiC tools. If you're able to do it then you probably found a bug. It's because you can achieve the normal enchants by adding items (lapis, redstone, moss etc) to the TiCo tools.
