Got the truck back from the dealer. They replaced the clock spring, but the errors came back today. After I dried it out real well the hill descent control fault went away and my starter worked fine. All my brake lights worked except the 3rd brake light, even with my headlights on. This Sunday I got the Hill Descent Control Fault , Service AdvanceTrac Warning Light. It happened as soon as I turned my truck on, no power steering, and turn signals didn't work.
