Amiibo data are stored on the physical Amiibo as a .bin file. .Bin file - raw data from physical Amiibo. .NFC file - the file needed to write to an NFC tag/card or send via nfc to your switch, this emulates a physical Amiibo. Note: You won't need the .bin files unless you just want them as some sort of backup.

There are different ways to do it the best way I found was to just get some NTAG 215 they can be just a sticker they are small and thin and you can use your android or iPhone to write the amiibo in the tag there are many YouTube videos on how to do that.
