2010 CRV whining noise. My 2010 CRV makes a whining noise when accelerating. The noise disappears when the RPM's decrease as it shifts into last gear. It is there when you start the engine and gets louder if you rev the engine. It sounded like the noise an airplane makes when its starting its take off - thats the best way I can describe it. My second 2012 Si (mid VIN) never had that noise.
