I bought one on my XDM elite in .45. The battery died in 3 months. You have to remove the sight then re-zero after changing the battery. I searched the internet and found several other complaints of short battery life. The Hex dragonfly is in a drawer somewhere, and a Holosun 507 is on the gun. It was a $200 mistake I wish I had not made.
