There are some things that are just limited about the core engine. Shooting from vehicles is one of them. There are "tactical" vehicles in Arma that have mounted guns you can shoot. but no vehicle offers the ability to shoot your primary/secondary equipped gun from within the vehicle. This is just a technical assignment. It's like valve would have named Counter Strike Source > Counterstrike Stand Alone.
