Bergara b14 is a 700 clone that is going to be more accurate and better built out of the box. Better QC and likely a better stock too. If you're talking about 22s, I don't even know if Remington makes a full size 22lr 700 pattern gun anymore. The b14r is an excellent full sized 22 trainer.
I have 2 CZs 1 bergara carbon barrel and a 22in kukri 360 vudoo. My 20 CZ is the most accurate when warm. The vudoo is a hair behind but shoots .3s at 50 yards after 1 shot.
