Bg3 slow loading.
Discussion. Got a Gen4 NVME here. Most of my games load instantly. BG3 however, my initial load into the game is like 45s to 1 minute. My re-loads are like 20-30s. This is extremely long in 2023, when most games have under 3s load times. It's also extremely bad in a game where you're expected to abuse quicksave.

The game would initially look really good but the problems (black textures and other texture issues) seemed to trigger after going through a loading screen or after dialogue with an npc. #15.

In Digital Foundry's testing, it didn't really seem to do anything if your game is installed on an SSD. It can't hurt, though.It’s making it really hard for me to get through act 3. Load times are very long. Loading seems like a half the time spent playing the game, when you die over and over again. Can you folks at Larian optimize the load times to be fast as possible. I'm using a M.2 drive at home. It doesn't seem to be any faster than a 2.5 ssd I have in my office PC.

Basically, the map, textures, models, etc, load WAAAAY to slow. Even the menu map takes ~3 minutes to fully load. And when I try to walk, the game keeps reloading the assets (I even managed to find some out-of-bounds stuff like dev textures lol). Slow launch times?
