The Steam Deck isn't a Windows PC & uses proton to run this game so it doesn't add the needed files, even though you set everything up right, or so I read, I'm not sure if that's true. But yes, I just used a flash drive and transferred all of the contents in the Plate Up (Windows) folder into the steam deck Plate Up folder.

Nvm, I figured out what I did wrong. So I was using the wrong source file to put everything in. The best way to get to the correct Sandrock folder is to press the settings gear on steam > Properties > Installed files > Browse.
