I filed the claim and was told I would have to pay a deductible of over $100.00 before a replacement phone could be sent. Having no choice, I agreed.ATT says has to be handled as a warranty claim thru Apple. And if ATT did process the claim themselves they would only provide a refurbished phone. Spoke with Apple. They will only provide a refurbished phone. Not a new one either. Also, ATT will continue to charge me for a new phone till it's paid off.Browse questions by topic.
