Lastly, villages spawn in the same places and I didn't want ocean villages from Mo' Villages to keep spawning even after the config was changed. The fix is to remove the corresponding tags in NBT Explorer in FTB Location/Saves/Your World/data/villages.dat and I think FTB Location/Saves/Your World/data/Village.dat too.

Area loaded by a Chunk Loader as a yellow dot grid. At the top left corner, the number of Chunk Loaders, Held Chunks, Loaded Chunks and Players in the dimension. The numbers on the axis are the coordinates in meters. The Horizontal is the x axis and vertical is the z axis. Mousing over a Chunk Loader or Player will show info about it as a tooltip.

I was surprised the mod wasn't in the pack, I added it myself cause nothing can beat the simple chunkloading and claiming of FTB utils. I use RFTools remote storage successfully between Aromas mining dimension and the over world. Both chunks on either side where the storage is located are chunkloaded (using FTB Utilities as described above). Don't forget to ensure the RFTools module is powered and chunkloaded too.
