Verify voltage is being sent out to the horn from the pin. If you have the DDDL program you can see the voltage sent from the module to the horn and work it from the laptop. Roy.

Now the answer, I found out that the horn relay is in a block of six relays called the Accessory Relay Center. It is located on the inside fire wall almost directly below the fuse panel. I accessed it by taking out the left side speaker on the dash board. Accessfreightliner had a diagram to show which one of the six relays was the horn relay.
