The Cox service technician that helped me this morning told me everyone’s SAP was changed to Spanish. Also there are similar comments from others people. Sounds like SAP was turned on, turn it off, you should be good. Darkatt, you are missing the point. Yes, my SAP was turned to Spanish language. The point is why.
