Update 08/22/2020: I FINALLY heard back from Cricut Support. TWO WEEKS it took me to get back to me! They recommended a firmware update. I did that. Did a sheet of Print then Cut stickers. They looked OK. White border around the image always cuts a little more off the further down the sheet I go. I ran another calibration. It calibrated perfectly.
My print then cut sensor will not read the cut lines under any circumstances. It won't even read the calibration print lines. I've tried every 'hack' available including doing it in the dark.
