Joined: Oct 2020. I thought I'd list the known issues with patch 6 to make it easier to bring to Larian's attention. This is what we have now, please list confirmed repeatable issues you are seeing. Basically, the map, textures, models, etc, load WAAAAY to slow. Even the menu map takes ~3 minutes to fully load. And when I try to walk, the game keeps reloading the assets (I even managed to find some out-of-bounds stuff like dev textures lol).Slow. Alter time around up to 6 enemies to Slow them. They won't get far, they can't do much, and they're easier to hit. Slow is a Spell in Baldur's Gate 3. Slow is a Lvl 3 Spell from the Transmutation school. Spells can be used for dealing damage to Enemies, inflict Status Ailments, buff Characters or interact with the environment.

Dharx. • 4 mo. ago. I've managed to run BG3 on a GTX 960M (2GB), i5 6300HQ and very cheap SATA SSD, so way below specs (1080p, 24–30 FPS, lowest settings, FSR performance). It's not HDD, but kinda close, and I can't use the slow disk mode because the GPU has no spare memory to compensate. Having a bad drive doesn't make the game …I can't help you if you think 20 or so secs is too slow for you for loading a save game. It might be faster in the full release, but I don't think so. Since the very beginning of my playthrough, there has been a delay between each line of dialogue (about 5 seconds or so). Slow HDD mode: This might help with slow-loading textures when enabled, but won’t visibly affect performance at all when Baldur’s Gate 3 is installed on an SSD. Dynamic crowds: Switching this off is arguably unnecessary. Losing the extra detail didn’t change my average performance by a single frame, and large crowds are rare anyway.
