Hello, I have an issue that started happening about a month ago and everything was fine for the first 5 months of service. Like the subject says, I am getting massive ping spikes or basically 100% packet loss at every 15 minutes intervals, throughout the day, everyday. It's definitely NOT random.Started seeing these issues 2 weeks ago. Many symptoms. This has been going on for years, but is much more frequent now (few times a week) and I cannot determine what is causing this. I had a BGW210 with the ONT since 2019 and this issue would occur from time to time.
