KQ 750 has full stainless steel exhaust; Yamaha Grizzly has a standard painted exhaust held on with hose clamps. Look at the hardware, switch gear; everything really is better with the Suzuki. The only thing would be Suzuki plastics seem really thin and brittle, but mine are holding up well. View attachment 22399.
The air diaphragm is often really tough to not twist (even a little will effect it) when putting the cover back on. This is important as the valve will open quicker if it is twisted. 2. That makes it easier for the oil to be sucked into the exhaust. Yes, the oil is being sucked into the exhaust when running. Also looking at a Polaris 500 sportsman 2008 for the same price. I ride an LTZ 400 great quad but need more comfort. Wife rides a Polaris sportsman 500, it's ok.

The 700 DOHC single is a Suzuki motor. All of the H1 and H2 SOHC engines are Arctic Cat's own (550, 650, 700, 951 V-Twin). Not sure about anything smaller than the 550.

To clarify, cold start: apply full choke, turn it over starts right up and revs a bit, pretty normal so far. Then it will run for a few seconds and die, as if I turned the choke off. I bought a 2008 Suzuki LTZ 400, and right away noticed it wasn't wanting to shift into 3rd well, if at all. I opened my clutch basket, and a little piece of a gear fell out. A friend helped me strip the motor down, and ended up changing 4th gear (that's where the piece was from) and I believe third gear drive.

Hey folks, having a issue with charging on a 08 750 king quad. Been noticing for a few years that the quad will stall randomly when slow riding in trails (hauling wood). Eventually I noticed the battery wouldn't keep full charge and would just hover around 12.5 to 12.8.After replacing it I hooked a test light to the ground and tested the hot wire (blue wire),which had a light which proved power was getting to it. Then when I hit the 4wd button the light went out which showed the hot wire was no longer getting power. Same as when sliding it into diff lock. Then once the 4wd button is disengaged, power returns.At least in my eyes. So it was something I wasn’t chancing on so I bought the Dealer Mode Switch off of Amazon this past February. If it’s a older 250 Quadrunner or 300 King Quad, there is no fuel filter unless somebody added a inline filter. There should be 3 bolts holding a rear gear case cover on, remove those first to access the lower part of the diff.
