Edit: After much trial and error, I got both the WoW UI and ElvUI versions synced and working. They're almost exactly the same layout, with ElvUI showing buff and debuff timer bars over the player and target unit frames, respectively (can't do these bars in WoW UI). Here are the equivalent action bars between WoW and ElvUI: WoW AB 1 = ElvUI AB 1.
