If you want poison attack up, swap the head for the alpha version, it's more efficient. That'll give you true crit status and poison duration up, with built in divine blessing 5. Alternatively if you want the comfort of Fatalis, swap the rathian essence on the Safi glaive for crit status, and use Fatalis for head/chest/arms/waist and artian legs.
