This is a replacement engine newer design with about 800 hours. Engine runs at speed then completely stalls to about 300 rpm then surges back to regular speed. Continues repeatedly. Problem presents in hot weather over 70F. Problem presents more under load (pto) but not always. Problem presents more when turning left. Mower almost unusable.
